The Virginia Tech Undergraduate Historical Review was created in 2011 with the intent to give outstanding undergraduate researchers an outlet for further publication. Our goal is to highlight the best undergraduate research produced at Virginia Tech and to encourage young authors to develop and submit their work for publication.
Each submission is intensively scrutinized by our dedicated staff of editors and reviewers who are comprised of faculty members from the History Department at Virginia Tech, History graduate students, and members of Phi Alpha Theta undergraduate Honors History Society. We encourage all students to submit the work. More information on this process can be found under the submissions page.
