Starting Salary Expectations for the Class of 2005
According to Job Choices magazine, the average starting salary for history majors is $30,000-$35,000. However, many factors will affect your starting salary: geographic location, supply and demand, and your own uniqueness. Your specific qualities and qualifications will play a key role in your ability to attract employers and negotiate a salary.
