To encourage the sharing of knowledge without financial obstacles, the Virginia Tech HGSA does not charge registration fees for participation in the Bertoti Conference.
Prospective presenters are asked to first submit a one-page abstract. Following their acceptance to the conference, they will then be asked to submit a copy of their presentation.

The 2011 Bertoti Conference will be held at Holiday Inn University located at 900 Prices Fork Road Blacksburg VA 24060. In the interest of convenience for our concert paritcipants, the Virginia Tech HGSA has reserved a small block of rooms at the facility for participants interested in staying at the same location as the conference.
